Ingredients
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 banana
- handful of kale or spinach
- 1-2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon happiGut™
Method
- Remove outer part of pineapple, banana,
- Clean Kale or spinach
- Add all ingredients to blender with some ice cubes
- Add 1 tsp per cup of happiGut™ to the ingredients
- Blend until smooth enjoy a super start to your day
