Ingredients

  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 banana
  • handful of kale or spinach
  • 1-2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1/2 lime squeezed
  • ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon happiGut™

Method

  1. Remove outer part of pineapple, banana,
  2. Clean Kale or spinach
  3. Add all ingredients to blender with some ice cubes
  4. Add 1 tsp per cup of happiGut™ to the ingredients
  5. Blend until smooth enjoy a super start to your day
