happiGut™ Banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 med frozen or fresh banana chopped
  • Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of happiGut™ (per person)
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk or dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • options: 1/4 to 1/2 cup of berries,
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Method

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend till smooth. Enjoy.
