Ingredients
- 1 med frozen or fresh banana chopped
- Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
- 1 heaped tablespoon of happiGut™ (per person)
- 1 1/2 cups of milk or dairy alternative
- 1/2 cup ice
- options: 1/4 to 1/2 cup of berries,
- 1/2 tsp honey
Method
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend till smooth. Enjoy.
