We can take a 100gram bag of happiGut™. that has been sold and trace it back to the point of sale, from there back to the bag it was packed in then we can follow the product back through processing, receiving, harvest and exactly where it came from in the field on the day of harvest.

Certified organic is when after 3 years of not using artificial agricultural additives and being audited every year for 3 years after which the crop shows no residues then organic accreditation is allowed. Following the 3 years of review and audit, growth and distribution of organic certified product is allowed. If after planting there are contamination issues through overspray, cross-contamination or spillage, the product may be contaminated and sold without knowing until the next soil audit. If the audit sample misses the contamination, the product is contaminated and in the marketplace.

We believe once a year auditing is way too little to meet the standards of product contamination. Our manufacturers work with farmers, who are part of the Great Barrier Reef best farming practices, to review its sprays and fertilizers.

Our manufacturer ensures there is sufficient time from the last fertilizers and sprays used to ensure all residues are gone. The field is tested 3 times with 5 samples before and during harvest by a NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accredited independent laboratory as well as rigorous testing of samples after production.

Our product has never failed a residues test as a bulk product globally or as an individual packet sold to consumers.

We consider our testing, methodology and stringent quality, safety and health practices far ahead of organic farming and production requirements. This is our guarantee and promise to you.

The criteria for happiGut™ is zero in detection of Agricultural residues including pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers, all residues.
Our manufacturer has SQF (Safe Quality Foods) audits and is part of the GFSI (Global Foods Safety Initiate) accreditation which is the gold standard for food processing standard and track and trace.

Yes, happiGut™ can be taken if you have SIBO. Prebiotics are fermented by our gut bacteria to produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which can have both local and systemic health benefits. In the gut, a short-chain fatty acid called butyrate is the preferred fuel source for the epithelial cells that line the gut. These SCFAs can help maintain the integrity of the intestinal lining preventing inflammation.

FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Monosaccharides and Polyols. These are a group of short-chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed. In people with gastrointestinal symptoms, a diet high in FODMAPs can induce diarrhoea and/or constipation, bloating, wind and abdominal pain.
FODMAP diets while in the exclusion stage have issues around eating enough complex dietary fibres, this can result in the microbiome becoming unbalanced and creating issues outside of IBS. happiGut™. is a complex dietary fibre. 1 teaspoon (1.5g) equals 80-150 gr of whole fruit or vegetables. The plant cell wall structure of happiGut is highly related to other fruit and vegetable cellular material but without the levels of accompanying carbohydrate sugars or lipid that are present in most.

happiGut is so low FODMAP, one could eat a whole packet and it would still be classified low FODMAP. happiGut assists with the microbiome, acid reflux and constipation and can be used through the exclusion stage of low FODMAP diet right to the inclusion stage to maintain good health.

Gluten/FODMAP sensitivity and other digestive issues affect people in many ways with symptoms including stomach cramps to abdominal pain, gas and bloating. The severity of these symptoms is different for each person and there are many treatments on the market to aid the sufferer.
happiGut™. is certainly not a cure, but it can help with symptoms; one of the most effective ways to manage the symptoms is a diet high in functional fibres and complex prebiotics.

But how does happiGut™. help bowel function and manage your triggers?

• happiGut™. is naturally Low FODMAP and certified FODMAP friendly
• By supporting the good bacteria and your microbiome and normalising digestion
• Prevents overeating by leaving you feel fuller for longer
• Promotes muscle activity in the intestines
• Helps food pass through the intestines more quickly

happiGut™ prebiotic fibre is fermented at a more uniform and sustained rate in the gut compared to other fibres, resulting in less gas production, and bloating. SCFAs are available in the hind gut as a result.

Psyllium is the dried mucus covering the psyllium flower with 90% of the product grown and harvested in India. Psyllium is a gel-forming soluble fibre, which picks up bile through the gut and has some good results with LDL cholesterol reduction and with constipation.
It is classified as a low fermenter for Short Chain Fatty Acids, in that it only ferments in the foregut and has no roughage to stimulate the hindgut which gets neglected with over-processed foods we consume. Psyllium must also be not be consumed 2 hours before or after meals and medication. As a gel, it picks up the nutrition and medication along the way out. Many products with psyllium also contain sucrose, citric acid, artificial colours and flavours.

Trials have shown happiGut™. produces Short Chain Fatty Acids the full length of the colon including producing large amounts of butyric acid needed while delivering roughage to stimulate the hindgut. happiGut™. is comprehensive and works hard to manage whole gut health and support a healthy microbiome.

Yes, happiGut™. contains both soluble and insoluble fibre which is a good assist for constipation. constipation affects people of all ages and is caused by many factors. The most common causes include a poorly maintained diet (lack of fibre), not drinking enough water, lack of exercise or physical activity, and high levels of stress.

Unfortunately, many people struggle to reach their recommended daily intake of 25-30g of fibre per day. That’s where happiGut™ can help. happiGut™ is one of the easiest fibres to include into your diet.

happiGut™ absorbs water as it moves from the stomach and retains it as it moves into and through the bowel picking up waste, acting like a brush helping to keep our bowels healthy.
By taking happiGut™ at least once a day, it should help make constipation a thing of the past!

Altering your diet or modifying it may cause changes in bowel movements. It is important to increase your water intake and maintain adequate hydration for both constipation and while taking happiGut™

happiGut™ has shown to be an effective assist for acid reflux (heartburn) The study linked below has shown significant benefit of Kfibre (happiGut ingredient) supplementation for reducing acid reflux and regurgitation symptoms. Sugar cane whole plant fibre used in the study was well tolerated and showed symptom alleviation within 3 weeks

Studies have shown increasing your intake of complex functional and prebiotic fibres can improve your weight loss efforts as part of a healthy diet and exercise routine. By passing through the body quickly, reducing the strain on your digestive system and not raising blood sugar levels – fibre is a low-calorie weight loss supplement that keeps you feeling fuller for longer. By helping to normalise your digestion happiGut™ will hold back your hunger, and you’ll achieve the goals you’ve set more easily.

Kfibre has completed a 90 subject weight loss study that demonstrates significantly improved outcomes for a weight loss program that included Kfibre compared to another fibre. Click the link https://www.kfibre.com/research/weight-management-appetite-control/
